Son of the First-Mayor of Pune Shri. Baburao sanas, Subash Sanas has lived an enviable life for the rich and the famous for decades, be it hosting the best parties in the city, or felicitating the revered bureaucrats, politicians or organizing the best business platforms among the business wizards, or bringing the Glitter of Bollywood to Pune.
He is known for his exuberant lifestyle. Lavish parties, vintage cars, Boutique Hotels, construction landmarks are incomplete without a reference to Subash Sanas. He is also gifted with a heart the saga’s of which resounds time and again in the families of the innumerous beneficiaries of his kind & helping nature.

By 2018 He wants to bring his car museum on an international standard together with a Bollywood museum in respect of his old friends Raj Kapoor, Shammi Kapoor, Rajendra Kumar.

Subhash Sanas started Bussiness at a tender young age. Hotel Jawahar was one of the first famous premium hotels of Pune much before all the other 5 star hotels started. Hotel Jawahar was house to the who’s who of the country from Bollywood stars , politicians and top business travellers from across Hotel Jawahar also had the first licensed bars Omar Khayyam with its license no 1 which was inaugurated by actor Raj Kapoor and Rajendra Kumar. In 1987 Mr. Subhash Sanas purchased a 4 star hotel Rivera in Mumbai. It was frequented by international tourists. Another feather in his cap was as an investment director in Hotel Bombay International on Marine Drive which also had first discotheque of Mumbai called studio 29 which was a land mark in the city of Mumbai and Frequented by people from all over the country.
Looking at the booming film industry. He also started group of classic multicuisine restaurants like Indian key, Tertuilla, Burger Barn, Kabab Studio, Sky Lounge, Hotel Riveria in Mumbai. Under the banner Subhash Ranjeet Films with story by Salim javed.Mr. Subhash Sanas later diversified into the real estate development and construction and made one of the most prestigious landmarks and projects to adorn the city’s skyline. Sanas Plaza was one of the early shopping malls built on the lines of the french and British architecture. Few of his prestigious residential developments were Sanas Corner, Sanas Residency, Sanas Classic , Springfield Park and Beverly Hills to name a few. All of which have been talked about for its quality construction, futuristic design, top class finish.
